Most people look for ways to escape their storms. Sometimes the rain has to fall to wash away what we can’t remove ourselves

We stack to-do lists like bricks, build walls around our lives, and then wonder why we feel trapped inside them

Most people don’t change because someone yelled. They change because someone told the truth and made it sound like a question

Right now is the best time to take action. "I’ll do that when" is how people stay numb forever
